1 . Canyon of the Gorges du Verdon half-day descent of the Verdon from 9 years old at the Couloir Samson.
2. Canyon of "Main Morte": between abseiling in the dry and going up the Gorges du Verdon in the water. Day descent for the most athletic
3. Canyoning in the Maritime Alps Clue du Roman and Clue d'Aiglun. From canyoning for all for the day to more sporty canyoning.
4. Floating descent from Comps to Artuby for the family and those close to the Var.
For a little introduction to the aquatic world without too much difficulty with a lot of swimming
